Mr. Kasey Clemens and his team have done several jobs at our home in Kensington, MD over the last week.My relation ship with Kasey started when he helped me evaluate the work that another contractor was doing for our home. Kasey’s keen eye saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs. I did not even know to look for some of the details that he pointed out.This past two weeks, Kasey and his team have handled several projects for my family.-Complete installation of a bathroom ceiling fan and ductwork routing.-Drywall work-Painting-Front porch refresh.*Vinyl wrapping the post.*Installing vinyl rails on the porch*Installing a new light fixture* And more-Repairing a minor crack in the foundation of our home-Constructing a large planter-Creating storage space under an existing porch-Fixing and improving gate access to my backyardSoon my wife and I will be having him installing some doors in our basement. Admittedly I messed one of them up with my personal handy work.At some point, in the very near future, he will be helping us with repairs on some masonry work on my retaining wall.In preparation for adopting we will need some repair done to our floors and Kasey’s team will get to be the first bid.One last note and possibly the most important. I had Kasey look at a project that I need help with and after his investigation he let us know that it was not a project that was in his skill set.
